6 New Fleur De Lis Kitchen Cabinet Knobs

So we had ice storm this weekend and I went shopping on Ebay! These arrived yesterday.  6 of them.  I have plans for the rest of the doors also. Those should arrive today!

I had received flowers at work on Friday the day before Valentine's Day, that are beautiful!!!  I did bring them home for the weekend!  Friday nigh we went out for steak dinner!  Then home!  Great evening!

Saturday morning, Valentine's Day, I served heart shaped sausage patties!  Too cute!

Enclosed Mini Blinds

Saturday night was like most others.  I was on my ipad mini reviewing post on our neighborhood's NEXT DOOR page feed, when I read this:

"I have a ton of clear glass, decorative glass and glass with blinds in between the panes for exterior doors. I also have retractable screens for patio doors. Various sizes and styles. All at affordable prices. Feel free to message me for prices. I will sell the glass/screens alone or install it for you."

So I emailed the poster, asked lots of questions, like price, references, brands, colors, all the questions you ask when responding to a post online.  After conducting more online research I made an appointment for Sunday afternoon.

This is how my patio door looked Saturday night:




After the installer arrived, it was determined my metal door was smaller than the size he had!Bummer! No Problem he said!  I can make it fit!  So he did!

First he had to remove the door:

Then he did this!

COMPLETED!

And yes, I LOVE it!  These had been on my "too do" list, so I was thrilled to get them!  The brand is  ODL

Boxwood Wreath Update

Preserved Boxwood Wreath

Finally I found an affordable boxwood wreath!  I went into Tuesday morning yesterday on my MLK Day holiday. Searching through a bottom shelf where the wreaths were laid this!  No price tag?

Price check! Price check!  $20!  SOLD!  It was without box or ribbon, kinda crooked, but I wanted it!

Sorry for poor quality pics.  These were just taken in the early morning light today.  May have to find a better way to display but until then this works for me!

Crystal Door Knobs

I finally installed these door knobs on bedroom and bedroom closet doors! They are Gorgeous!  The polished brass rosettes are perfect in my bedroom.

I purchased the pair off of Ebay for less than HALF of the price of just 1! Woop! Woop!

And, I installed them MYSELF!

Breast Cancer Sucks!

Go Fund My Little Sister
My baby sister Ruth aka CocoDonna on Face Book, has breast cancer.  She was diagnosed several months ago. She has had a lumpectomy and has  starte chemo treatment.  

The treatment makes her sluggish and tired, requiring several days off a week from work.  But like a CHAMP she manages to go to work at least 2 days a week to keep her job and maintain some financial obligations.

I am humbly asking her family and friends to make a donation to offset her household obligations until she is able to go back to work every day.  

God Bless You for  your monetary expressions of love, but more importantly for your prayers!!  

Her slogan is "Fight Like a Clark"!  Because she will!
