Last night I had a taste for some good ol' peanut butter fudge! I looked online for an easy recipe and found the one posted above.
Today I headed to the grocery store (Walmart) to get everything I needed. But what did I find in their holiday baking display that is smack dab in the middle of the grocery section? This!
A Fudge Kit?!?!? Never heard of such. Of course I am NOT a baker or one to cook alot. So this was RIGHT up my alley!! I did get the ingredients to make the peanut butter fudge also, as I LOVE peanut butter fudge. I have not had fudge in over a year, so this is going to be a treat for me!!
The kit cost $4.99. Not bad. It came with everything but the butter!
The directions are simple and easy!
Done! Not bad for $5. Even came with the pan!
It's cooling now in the fridge! This would make a great Christmas gift for neighbors or a co-worker. Just slice and wrap in one of those feastive cellophane bags, tie with a bow! Genius!
